Planning

CDT will start by developing your detailed project plan, charter, and reporting processes, within well defined roles and responsibilities. By this you know who will be doing what and when within your implementation. Additionally, we will develop a comprehensive understanding of your organization, your business, and your current IT security operations to lay the groundwork for our program development.

Risk Assessment

CDT will gain in-depth understanding of your information assets and the effect of any loss of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of these assets in case you suffer a security incident. We will minutely identify, analyze, and evaluate, in order to communicate and produce your new risk response plan.

Design and Documentation

CDT will develop and establish an appropriate info-security governance program that is vigilant of the many layers of stakeholders involved in your organization’s security. Addition to this we will develop the appropriate policies and procedures. We will conduct internal reviews whenever required to maintain your new compliance security posture.

Training and Support

CDT will review and study your new security controls, day-to-day deployment activity, conduct training & educate your staffs. We will offer hands-on implementation support to your biggest source of security risks employee within your end users, IT users, and other senior management.

Internal Audit

Before proceeding for your organizational audit, CDT consultants will perform their own comprehensive pre-certification audit as per the audit standard. Through this you will be prepared for proper response in external audit.
