Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Understanding the sales strategy and prepare sales plans, review them and proposes recovery plan(s) when needed.
  • Collaborating with the service sales manager or service manager to implement service sales strategies.
  • Generating service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
  • Establishing long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations and demonstrating in-depth technical service product or solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM)
  • Selling entire service product portfolio to expand Cloud Dimensions technology footprint in the designated area(s).
  • Living Cloud Dimensions Technology core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solver.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the service sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree is required.
